Returns / Refunds

You are entitled to a refund only in certain circumstances by default:

  • For digital products like SVGS, Vectors, & Images, there are no refunds unless a product was misrepresented in a significant way.

You may still request a refund for any reason.  Some sellers may be happy to grant you a refund.  To request a refund on any purchase, do the following:

  • Send a message to the shop owner
    • To find the shop owner, find the order that you places by going to this pageThis link opens in a new window.
    • Click on the word "details" next to the order you want to return.
    • Scroll down to the bottom of the screen where it says "products."  Click on the image of the product you purchased.
    • Click on the button that says "ask a question" or "message" the vendor
    • Request a refund via Stripe!
      • Here is a message template: "Hello, can you please provide a refund via Stripe?  Let me know if you have any questions." 

If you believe that a seller needs to be investigated or banned by Floonce, please reach out to support through our contact page.  Disciplinary action is not guaranteed by Floonce, nor is any form of investigation.

Other Policies

The terms and conditions of refunds can be changed if you negotiated a custom agreement with the seller.  Floonce has no involvement or responsibility for refunds.
